Description

The Current Charges page displays a summary of the student's financial status for the current academic session or semester. It shows all applicable fees, balances, and approvals required before completing payment.

Steps to Access

  1. Log in to the Student Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Finance section in the left sidebar.

  3. Click on Current Charges.

Information Displayed

The page provides the following financial details:

Proceeding to Payment

  1. After reviewing the charges, click the GO button at the bottom of the page.

  2. The system redirects you to the Select Payment page.

    Description

    The Select Payment page allows students to choose how they want to pay their fees.

    Steps

    1. On the Select Payment page, locate the available payment option.

    2. Tick the checkbox for:

    “Make a Semester Payment”

    This option allows payment for the current semester only.

    Next Step

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

    2. Locate the Action dropdown box.

    3. Click the dropdown and select the appropriate action.

    Making the Payment

    1. Select Make Payment (or the relevant payment option).

    2. The system will proceed to the payment processing page where the student can complete the transaction.
