How to Use the Knowledge Base

  1. Navigate: Click on "Knowledge Base" in the left-hand sidebar navigation.

  2. Locate: Browse the list or use the Search function to find a document related to your current issue (e.g., search "Wireless" if your internet is down).

  3. Review: Click "Read Docs" to open the solution.

  4. Escalate: If the documentation does not resolve your problem, proceed to the "New Issue" tab to submit a formal complaint for manual review.
