Initiating the Tracking Process

The system provides a streamlined entry point for users-including guests to check on their submitted issues directly from the repository landing page.

  • Access Point: On the main Documentation Repository landing page,

  • locate the top navigation bar.

  • Action: Click on the "Track Complaint" link situated between the "Features" and "Documentations" menu items.

  • Visual Guide: This link is highlighted in the header to ensure users can find it immediately upon arrival.

The Tracking Interface

Upon clicking the link, the system navigates to a dedicated "Track Your Complaint" page designed for singular, secure ticket lookups.

  • Ticket ID Entry: The page features a central input field labelled "Enter your Ticket ID".

  • Tracking Action: Once the unique Ticket ID (provided during the initial submission) is entered, the user clicks the blue "Track" button to query the database.

  • Primary Benefit: This interface allows users to get real-time status updates (such as "Pending," "In-progress," or "Resolved") without needing to navigate the internal "Complaints" dashboard.
