The Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) is a centralized digital platform designed to manage the lifecycle of assets, services, and vendor-related activities within the University.

/ The Dashboard (User)

Upon login, users are directed to the Dashboard, where they can quickly view key statistics, access navigation menus, initiate new requisitions, and monitor approval progress. From here, you can view:

  1. All Requisitions – Total number of requisitions submitted.

  2. Active Requisitions – Number of requisitions currently in progress.

  3. Completed Requisitions – Number of successfully processed requisitions.

  4. Requisitions Overview Table – This displays a tabular list of requisitions with colored status indicators.

  5. Current Requisition Timeline – This panel provides a step-by-step history of approval actions for a selected requisition.

  6. New Requisition Button – Located at the top-right corner of the dashboard, it allows users to initiate a new asset or service request.

  7. Menu Bar: Located at the left side of the dashboard, it allows you access all features.
