/ How to Create a New Requisition

Creating a requisition allows a user to request assets, tools, consumables, or services for personal or departmental use within their assigned role. A user can make requisitions for him[her]self or on behalf of someone else. The steps to create a new requisition include:

  1. Login to the Babcock Enterprise Assets System with your Babcock email

  2. Click + New Requisition

  3. At the top of the form, select the For Myself if you're requesting for yourself, else click on For Someone Else and select the person you're making requisition for.

  4. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).

  5. Click the drop down on Item Type and select the category of item from the list.

  6. Click the drop down on Request Type and select the appropriate classification from the list

  7. Enter the Date Needed in the format DD/MM/YYYY

  8. Click the drop down on Brand to select the preferred brand of item from the list.

  9. Click the drop down on Item Name and select the specific item from the available list.

  10. Enter the number of units needed in the Quantity Required section

  11. Provide a brief description of the Request Purpose

  12. After completing all required fields, review the information entered then click the Submit button.
