Description: The Store officer is responsible for inventory validation and processing approved requisitions.

  1. Confirm item availability in store

  2. Validate stock levels

  3. Update inventory records

  4. Process approved item releases

  5. Escalate stock shortages where necessary

  6. Initiate new Purchase Requisition

  7. Ensure accurate item issuance documentation
