The Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) operates using a role-based access control structure. Each user is assigned a specific role that determines:
What actions you can perform
What information you can access
Your level of approval authority
Your responsibilities within the asset management workflow
These role definitions ensures accountability, transparency, and compliance with University policies.
User Roles
The system supports the following primary roles:
Requester (Academic, Non-Academic, or Resident Staff)
Supervisor
Store Officer
Store Manager
Budget/Finance Officer
