/ How to Compose Memo

  1. Click Compose Memo on the side menu.

  2. If you are sending in personal capacity, turn on the Send in Personal Capacity toggle button. This means the memo will have your name as the sender.

  3. Leave inactivated if you’re sending the memo from your official position. This means the memo will have your official position as the sender.

  4. Choose a Memo Template (if a suitable template is available). This step is optional.

  5. Click on the text field under To in other to Add recipient(s) of the memo by searching and selecting. The recipient of the memo could be a an Individual or an Official Position

  6. Turn on the Send Directly toggle button if the memo is to go directly to the final recipient without going through an approval process.

  7. Leave inactivated if the memo must follow approval order. Click on the text field under Through to search and select the Individual or Office Position that would approve the Memo.

  8. Click on the text field under CC to select any other staff you want to be able to view the memo also.

  9. Add Subject which would be the Title of the Memo and draft the Body which would be the content of the letter. The ribbon in the section for the body of the memo is similar to MS Word and can be used to format the texts.

  10. Click on the field under Add Attachment and click Browse to be able to add files to the memo. This step is optional.

  11. Click Send to if you want to send the Memo immediately.

  12. Click on Schedule Memo and select the specific date and time you want the memo to be delivered

  13. Click Save as Draft to save current progress and continue editing at a later time.
